Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairpoerson: Chriszelda heads the risk, compliance, legal and company secretarial functions at an executive level and has 7 years’ experience in governance management at a local listed company. Previously she worked for Old Mutual as a Risk & Compliance Specialist, the German Technical Corporation as a Policy Review & Capacity Building Coordinator and in the compliance department of Mainova Frankfurt, Germany. She holds inter alia a Master of Law & Business from the Bucerius Law School & WHU School of Management in Hamburg, Germany, a bachelor of law degree from the University of Namibia and a certificate in Financial Management from the Stellenbosch University. She is also a member of the risk institute in the UK.
Independent Non-Executive Director: Willem joined the Department of Water Affairs where he worked for 11 years. He then transferred the Namibia Water Corporation Ltd (NamWater) where he stayed for 20 years until October 2018. Since October 2018 he is working as a freelance engineer in the open market. He holds a B Eng (Mechanical) degree from the University of Stellenbosch and obtained post graduate qualifications in Project and Programme Management.
